These Promotion Terms (“Promotion Terms”) apply to the “Half Price For Life” Promotion.

If you register for Preschoolearn under this “Half Price For Life” Promotion, these Promotion Terms and the Terms of Use (available at https://preschoolearn.com/site-regulations/) will be part of our Agreement. Our Agreement (as defined in the Terms of Use) includes all documents specified in the Terms of Use and is a legally binding agreement between you and us with respect to the provision and use of the Preschoolearn subscription service under the “Half Price For Life” Promotion. To avoid doubt, by registering for Preschoolearn and activating a subscription under this “Half Price For Life” Promotion, you agree to comply with these Promotion Terms, all provisions of the Terms of Use that are not inconsistent with these Promotion Terms, and enter into our Agreement.

Eligibility

Users who are eligible to participate in the “Half Price For Life” Promotion are those who:

• are new Preschoolearn subscribers who have successfully completed the registration process at Preschoolearn at www.preschoolearn.com and purchased a subscription on the site during the promotional period (November 20-26, 2023; November 23-30 2024). However, the organizer of the promotion reserves the right to withdraw it earlier at any time. Please note that to take advantage of this Promotion, you must register on the Preschoolearn website and make sure that the BF2023 BF2024 promo code has been applied. This Promotion is not available if you already have an active subscription.

The “Half Price For Life” Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion.

Our decision as to whether a user qualifies to participate in the “Half Price For Life” Promotion based on our eligibility criteria is final (unless there is an error on our part) and we are not obligated to provide any reasons for rejection. However, if you disagree with the decision regarding eligibility, you should contact us using the contact information provided in the “Contact” section below.

Terms of the “Half Price For Life” Promotion

Eligible subscribers who register for Preschoolearn.com under this “Half Price For Life” Promotion will pay a discounted promotional price of 50% of the current standard monthly recurring fee in the applicable country, per month for the duration of their Preschoolearn.com subscription (from the time of registration to the time of cancellation by either party).

If you successfully register for this Promotion, you can also check your monthly promotional price on your Account page on the Preschoolearn.com website.

Promotional price and what we mean by “current standard monthly recurring fee”

Your promotional price under the “Half Price For Life” Promotion is 50% of the current monthly recurring fee that applies to your Preschoolearn subscription.

The promotional price applies only to the Preschoolearn subscription itself and does not apply to any other products, digital content, or services (including, for example, add-ons and pay-per-view content).

The standard fee for Preschoolearn.com may be subject to change with at least one month’s notice, with the option to cancel without charge before the change takes effect. If the standard fee changes, the promotional price under the “Half Price For Life” Promotion will be 50% of the new standard monthly recurring fee that applies to your Preschoolearn.com subscription. Term of validity and what we mean by “forever”

The promotional price under the “Half Price For Life” Promotion is available for the duration of the qualifying Preschoolearn subscription, from the time the user successfully completes the activation of the subscription on Preschoolearn.com under this Promotion to the time the user or Preschoolearn cancels the subscription in accordance with the Terms of Use and these Promotion Terms. After cancellation of the subscription, you cannot re-register or participate in the “Half Price For Life” Promotion.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time without any additional costs, excluding recurring fees, prior to the next billing date. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose the ability to participate in this “Half Price For Life” Promotion. To cancel your subscription, you must go to your account page on the Preschoolearn.com website. Typically, you will not receive a refund, but you will still have access to Preschoolearn until the end of the paid period.
